Why do I get the message "The serial number for this device is invalid for this version of LFConnector" when I try to use the LFConnector?

This usually indicates a mismatch between the version of the LFConnector software that is loaded, and the version of the Serial Number that was originally purchased. This often occurs right after a user updates their LFConnector software, but forgets to upgrade the associated Serial Number using the LFConnector Licensing tab in the eCopy ShareScan OP Administration Console.
