Yes, use the Visioneer OneTouch "Properties" button to get to the LFLink Licensing tab on the first computer, and "Deactivate" the serial number.
Use the same process on the second computer and this time "Activate" it. Refer to (or download) the latest Product Manual for more details on the Activation process.
