How can I isolate a problem to the LFConnector or another component?

To assess the "Destination" side of the LFConnector (a Laserfiche repository), perform the following:
- Setup a new repository on a different (i.e. "new") computer, e.g. a sales laptop.
- Ensure you can logon to this new repository with the "Admin" credentials from the eCopy ShareScan OP Manager PC using the full Laserfiche client already loaded there.
- Use the eCopy ShareScan OP Administration Console to configure the LFConnector for the "new" repository using the "Admin" credentials for that repository.
- Make sure the eCopy ShareScan OP-enabled scanning device is using the appropriate profile.
- Try to scan something to the "new" repository through the LFConnector using the same "Admin" security credentials.
- If this is successful, then there is something odd about the original repository setup.
To assess the "Source" side of the LFConnector (eCopy ShareScan OP Manager PC), perform the following:
- Setup a "new" eCopy ShareScan OP Manager PC.
- Load all Windows updates.
- Load the LFConnector software and configure a profile for the existing Laserfiche repository.
- Try to scan something to this repository through the LFConnector using the same "Admin" security credentials.
- If this is successful, then there is something odd about the original eCopy ShareScan OP Manager PC setup.
