I'm a reseller and need support for the LFConnector. What information will you need to open a trouble ticket for my problem?

If you purchased the LFConnector through one of our channel partners such as Laserfiche, they should be the first point of contact for all support issues.
If you purchased directly from Software Connections and the end user has a current maintenance agreement, please collect the following information and contact us via email or phone.
- The LFConnector serial number, which can be located on the LFConnector "Licensing" tab inside the eCopy SSOP Administration Console
- The LFConnector version and build number, which can be located on the LFConnector "About" tab inside the eCopy SSOP Administration Console
- The version of the eCopy SSOP, which can be located inside the eCopy SSOP Administration Console on the "Help" and "About eCopy Administration Console" tab
- The version (and service pack) of the operating system on the Manager PC
- The version of the Laserfiche client on the Manager PC
- The version of the Laserfiche repository with which the Manager PC is communicating
