Why won't LFConnector run with my Windows domain controller acting as the eCopy ShareScan OP Manager?

LFConnector creates temporary user sessions as part of its normal operation, and as such requires the "Log on Locally" right on the computer that is running the eCopy ShareScan OP Manager. By default, the Default Domain Controller Security Policy denies the "Log on Locally" right to all users except those in the "Domain Admins" security group.
